font-size: small;\"> Nos Semin&aacute;rios realizados recentemente em Recife e Porto Alegre,&nbsp; abordando o tema &ldquo;<strong>O <\/strong><em><strong>Novo Estatuto e o Futuro dos Correios<\/strong>&rdquo;,<\/em> foi informado pelo palestrante e conselheiro eleito pelos trabalhadores, <strong>Marcos C&eacute;sar Alves Silva<\/strong>, que em breve ter&iacute;amos um novo estatuto, especialmente para ajustar algumas disposi&ccedil;&otilde;es decorrentes da Lei n&ordm;. 12.490\/11.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; O Decreto n&ordm;. 8.016, publicado no D.O.U. de 20 de maio de 2013, trouxe o novo estatuto da ECT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A reformula&ccedil;&atilde;o do estatuto vigente, implantado em 16 de maio de 2011, era necess&aacute;ria para introduzir algumas disposi&ccedil;&otilde;es da Lei n &ordm; 12.490\/11, a saber:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Necessidade de aviso&nbsp; &agrave; C&acirc;mara dos Deputados e ao Senado Federal sobre a constitui&ccedil;&atilde;o de subsidi&aacute;rias e a aquisi&ccedil;&atilde;o de participa&ccedil;&atilde;o em empresas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Veda&ccedil;&atilde;o das empresas adquiridas ou constitu&iacute;das pela ECT atuarem no servi&ccedil;o de entrega domiciliar de que trata o monop&oacute;lio postal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Altera&ccedil;&atilde;o do prazo de gest&atilde;o dos membros do Conselho de Administra&ccedil;&atilde;o e da Diretoria Executiva de 2 para 3 anos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Defini&ccedil;&atilde;o de que, em &acirc;mbito regional, as fun&ccedil;&otilde;es gerenciais e t&eacute;cnicas ser&atilde;o exercidas exclusivamente por empregados do quadro de pessoal permanente da ECT, defini&ccedil;&atilde;o legal que contou com atua&ccedil;&atilde;o decisiva da ADCAP; e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o subsidi&aacute;ria &agrave; ECT da Lei 6.404\/76.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;
