Os temas s&atilde;o definidos pela Comiss&atilde;o Filat&eacute;lica Nacional, a partir de ideias recolhidas junto &agrave; sociedade, aos &oacute;rg&atilde;os governamentais e &agrave;s institui&ccedil;&otilde;es representativas dos v&aacute;rios segmentos hist&oacute;ricos, socioculturais e ambientais.
