A proibi&ccedil;&atilde;o foi determinada pelo ministro do TST M&aacute;rcio Eurico Vitral Amaro, por meio de uma liminar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small;\">Al&eacute;m de impedir o corte, o TST tamb&eacute;m estabeleceu que a Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Tel&eacute;grafos (ECT) fa&ccedil;a a devolu&ccedil;&atilde;o imediata dos valores que j&aacute; tenham sido descontados. Caso a estatal descumpra a decis&atilde;o, ter&aacute; que pagar multa di&aacute;ria de R$ 50 mil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small;\">M&aacute;rcio Eurico atendeu ao pedido da Federa&ccedil;&atilde;o Nacional dos Trabalhadores em Empresas de Correios e Tel&eacute;grafos e Similares, segundo a qual a ECT estaria fazendo cortes nos t&iacute;quetes alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o dos empregados que aderiram &agrave; paralisa&ccedil;&atilde;o. Para o ministro, essa atitude &#8220;tolhe&#8221; a liberdade de greve dos trabalhadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: small; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: PT-BR; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">A greve no Correios foi deflagrada no dia 29 de janeiro e os pedidos de liminares foram feito em a&ccedil;&atilde;o cautelar que tramita no TST, sem data prevista para o julgamento pela Se&ccedil;&atilde;o de Diss&iacute;dios Coletivos (SDC).
